At https://mysmokstore.com/, customer satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of tobacco products.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged products upon arrival
  • Lost orders (confirmed by Australia Post)

To request a refund, email us at zaishgkanfleghiakhfnk@gmail.com with your order number, a photo (if applicable), and a brief explanation. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Note: All products must be unopened and in original condition to be eligible for any return or refund.
